Short-Term Running Goals: I would like to achieve the following in the next two years with my running: --run a spring and fall marathon each year, taking 10 minutes off my time each time for the following goals: Spring 2013: 3:25 Fall 2013: 3:15 Spring 2014: 3:05 -- such that I am set up to run in Boston Spring of 2015. --I would love to run a 17:xx 5K once in my lifetime, but I do not know if I have the natural speed for this, nor do I have a reasonable plan for this. --I would like to break a 19:30 5K this Fall (2012).
